" It was premiered by the Michigan State University Women's Chamber Ensemble at the 2009 ACDA Convention and became the "talk of the convention" for its creativity and impactThis first song is a setting for 4-Part women's chorus. It is marked by sinuous and sensual solo lines, drones, embellishment, rhythmic ostinati and layering of voices and instruments.
